My name is Katja Dukowski, I am a Lactation Consultant, Certified Tongue-tie Practitioner, practicing Midwife and mother of Twins.
Based in Wimbledon, I operate throughout London offering private midwifery services, specialising in breastfeeding support and Tongue-tie division.
Having a baby is an exciting, life changing experience and the good news is; you are doing great!
Trust me. I know because the love, devotion, dedication and resilience I see daily from new and expectant mothers never ceases to inspire. Inevitably though, whether it’s advice on feeding, tongue tie or other pre/post-natal issues; everybody can do with a little help along the way.
I qualified as a General Nurse in 1998 in Germany and as a midwife in 2006 in London. Since then I have helped hundreds of women give birth, worked as the Infant Feeding Advisor in a major NHS Teaching Hospital, qualified as a Lactation Consultant and qualified as a Tongue Tie practitioner.
I set up my own private practice in 2016 and now provide holistic infant feeding & lactation consultancy and pre/post-natal support throughout South West London.
Services are tailored to the individual and can be provided through home client visits and telephone calls – whatever suits you.
In my spare time I enjoy days out with my husband and twin boys, socializing with friends and baking.
